Iron Mountain needed to explain how it protects backup tapes from both everyday risks and unexpected threats without making the message feel dry or overly technical. We developed a playful paper-craft concept, supported by a humorous narrator, to make the service easier to understand and far more engaging.
By combining set design, physical props, paper craft, animation, post-production, and editing, we created a tactile visual language that made an invisible service feel real and relatable. The result was a clear, characterful film that helped Iron Mountain communicate security with more personality while reinforcing the reliability of its offer.
